need help with 5165 client

i have made pserver on 5165 client and i have register page i want to know

how to make the link of client download and patch download on register page?

i have created acc through my register page and tried to login after i select

character and type name and click create after i re login to enter server i go to

select character again and so on how can i fix this bug?

how to change welcome message ?

should i lvl my [PM] or [GM] accs till i reach highest lvl?

so the facts r u have problem with ur client and u r trying to change npc dialog in client mhm.... do u know in which language was written that client? xDXDXD i know it might be not so good to writing this but i asked him and he answered that its client side problem so............. no comment
