trick:-
keep changing the id of the reward
ex- [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
after getting it do this:-http://apps.facebook.com/ninjasaga/friend_reward.php?lang=en&fr_ref_id=420633
u get it keep changing the id ex:id=420633 then 420634 u get it
