Help PServer

hello, i have me server running except for the fact that my Game goes back to the pause state. ive tryed n read just about everything, ive gone over n over n reinstalled and uninstalled etc. ive updates with ep4 database, and clients, and ive updated the maps listed, now here is my ps_game.ini error:

Now i have no idea what possibly went wrong, thank you for who ever helps me

okay well now i got it on running, but now when i log into admin, then select my server and press okay, i get disconnected, where can i see the log for this? or any way to fix? thank you

ive done that, still nothing, when i hit okay, it says "connection with server had been disconnected ERROR 1" i dont even have a clue on where to look for the error log, also ive done my research n either nothing complies to this, or everyone else was just ignored n moved onto another subject. sry for the troubles
