Question About gem effects

I´ve been wondering how do gems work. example;

My max atck is 10000 and i add rdg to my equip.

My new max atck is now 11000.

I add another rdg, is my max attack now
10% more from original 10K(would be 12K then) or from 11K(would be 12100)?

Same with rains, if i add rain do i get 10% from 10K or from that 11K?

could´nt find answer from Co nor here(Yes i did u search)

p.s. My first topic if there is something stupid here its just me ;)

it will be 12k it takes 20 pct of normal atck with 2 rdgs :P

also, gems add to your total attack and attributes, not just that of one piece of equipment,

i see too many noobs in conquer run around with refined 1soc club(with super dragn) in right hand while they have super club +2 in left hand.

i always end up whispering them and telling them that they would do more with super in right hand
