str: hohe crits, nicht so hoher durchschnittlicher dmg, hält viel aus (pvp, job, etc)
int: hoher cmg, hoher durchschnittlicher dmg, hält nicht so viel aus (eher für monster und uniques)

I would prefer a Bow 70:70 < means: Mag balance and phy balance without equipment 70% and with equip 80%+

^^ i dont think starting off with a complicated build like that for a "new" player,
i think he's newish (no offence) because he is asking which Stats to place either into INT or STR, so he probably doesnt know a lot,
Anyway, i think you should go STR, cuz INT is more of a PvE and not a PVP build.....
