Question Regarding Bot and Seal Of Honor

well, my friend got a Seal Of Honor Weapon the other day was indeed happy about it but now pretty much aint..

His DB Bot Doesnt Load up Skills at all, i know ive read somewhere here that when your character has a seal of honor on it, Bot wont work..

so we tried to pass the item to another character on his account and still Bot wont Load up his skills..

anyway to fix this up guys?

Put it in storage, load char, and get item out of storage, it should work.
