help hlapex problem

hi an all i need help i been at one server c4 (theabyss is the name)i logged with halapex target a shop and request a item but Zero..pls i need help the server is a 7X

the server is a l2off and not l2j where hlapex works in..
if u want to cheat, you gotta search another server to play in.
preferably a l2j one.

I just cant start the file hLaPEx.When I try "Windows cannot accees the specified device,path or file.You may not have athe appopriate permissions to access the item."
Pls help me.
