but this one could be used as the oreginal map in the game if wanted

Lady Stax? Its lays Stax.. why is that? I am only here helping the community and tring to get reid of the people taht shouldnt be here. For one, people that steal other's maps and replace's black dots or yellow dots on them, call it there map and get karma for it. How is that even legal?

1) It is normal that someone re-post others work. I always strongly suggest everyone search the forum before publish any work.

Sometime, a member may get some work from his friend.
This work might be taken from this forum.
And this member did not know the existance of such work in this forum.
The member may have no itention to steal others work.
So, please do not put this as conclusion unless you can prove it.

2) If a work is not yours, please state at the start of the thread.
