Start Conquer, log in. once your in open ollydbg and attach it to the conquer client. once youve attached olly to conquer the client game will pause (olly always pauses newly attached processes) so press run. Once its attached and running view the memory and find the address's in the code that when you place an item in to the trade window, youll need two of them, one when it goes in and one
that turns on and blocks you from taking it out. Open the window to change level for each action : enable/disable and disable it ONLY for the 2nd address. Place a
breakpoint on the code when you put the item into the trade window the game will pause, go back to ollydbg and change esi from 1 to 2. Press
F9 in olly go back into conquer and your friend(whoever your trading with will see two of the same items in slot 1 and 2 of his trade window.the person using olly will still only see 1 item now you just duped an item and given it its own unique ID.

This method can't be patched all they can do is change the address's which take 5 minutes to find again. It is not client side.

Questions:

Find the addresses in the code that when you place an item what? Where do we find the addresses? Two of what? What goes in?

Quote:

Does that mean the only changes here is Disable for the 2nd address?

Dude, I got to the step where you open the memory, but how do you go about finding the addresses. What do you search for???
01/14/2007 22:19 rannik#8
OK if i got those 2 adresess (i think i got em, i can be wrong) im stuck at:
Quote:
Open the window to change level for each action : enable/disable and disable it ONLY for the 2nd address.
I dont know what u mean by "open the window" i dont see any enable/disable options in olly window :/
and i dont know what u mean by:
Quote:

Without proof, I can say at this point in time that this wouldn't work.
The SERVER validates that each item has a unique id, sending two of the same items from the same client wouldnt work, espically if it only has one in the inventory.

The trade scheme works like this>
1. Targets put in the items they wish to trade.
2. Money
3. One or both of the tradees hit OK
4. The server checks that each item is located in that specific tradees item hash
5. Pass or fail.

Why don't you just scan it and post the keylogger.

There is nothing to scan, it is a method to using a program to edit memory. He said it will not work, no keylogger remotely involved.
