Does it really work

i was looking through the forums, and looked on top of my screen and saw that there was a add that said 1-60 in 24hours i clicked on it just to look and it waid it was a program that could make all stats 10,000 and crit every single hit. itsaid all of this was server sided which i am not sure of this. has anyone tried it or heard anything about it. it you have i would greatly appreciate it. ty[img]text2schild.php?smilienummer=1&text=TY' border='0' alt='TY' />
