it seems that some persones does not understand the work of why they get limited and what fraude means (fraude protection)
lets start explaining
i got 2X a differend paypal
both are verified with a credit card and both got the needed verification papers (id card , proof of adress , telephone numbers and so on)
so far , i got not even 1X locked out , and i do not work with low amounts ( no , i dont going release how mutch , but you can be sure that it doesnt go over 2$ )
now the other funny part
on 1 account i got it verified instand , to prevent problems ( my company paypal)
on the other account it was first not verified with the papers and now the fun start
it got used (and still is ) for a friend of me that get low amount subscription payments of 10$
now , from the moment he got 5 payments on 1 day he got locked out for the first time (they are checking stuff)
few days later , its unlocked again and 3 weeks later again locked for same reason (seems suspectius to get a lot of low amount money )
that happends up to 7 times until they started to ask for paper verification (differend ip logs in for transactions , and its on my name)
i gave them the verification and the system dint works like it needed to be , so i called them on the phone (after 1 month of waiting)
i spended 2 min on the phone to explain how it comes that he got that mutch low amount transfers and why differend ip's are logging in on it
after that , it got unlocked and until now i dint got locked out anymore
they know where i get it from , they know i dont do fraude , i still get a lot of refund requests but i am clean for them (they got there explanation)
thats how you need to verifie it , you need to be able to explain what is happening or let them figure it out
to make that part easy
if you got a personal limited account and you get 200$ on it every 3 days then it is fraude ... no way that you can get that amount legal (thats how paypal thinks)
if you got 5 payments of 10$ in a short time, see above
it have everything to do with your paypal status , your personal and get a lot of money from differend places ... that ask to get locked
now , you add a visa card to it to verifie yourself , so you get no limit anymore and less checks on those stuff (they feel safer that you do not do fraude as they got more info about you)
so now you can start transfering more and more with out problems , exept if you do to mutch again ( 10 donations on 1 day ... hmm )
so go business if you get that mutch transactions every day
they ask less questions when you change your profile to the best fitting profile
after they still think that it is not normal anymore , then they ask complete verification (last step) and until you got that done then they lock you out
after the last and final step is done (complete verification) then they rarely lock your account , they just lock the money you get but you can still do what you like to do
to make everything short
if paypal thinks that you are doing fraude or stuff that isnt normal for that profile , tehy lock you out
if paypal thinks that you are not the persone you say you are , they ask verification
complete both and you do not get a single problem with them anymore
and you can do like me , getting a lot of money on paypal , sending a lot of money from paypal and you wont even get locked out
and like i say , i got 2 differend paypals , both used for something differend (1 is company , other is friend )
it has nothing to do with that cooky trash that Spongebox says
do you know if they use that system that you can sue them because of the privacy law ??
even if it is in ther etos that they can own my computer ... a tos does not bind you to the things , a tos is a protection to protect the company/owner from damage that 3rd persones can do to you
a tos can not claim anything , it never could and it never would
the only thing that can claim stuff is a bound contract with 3X copy of it, a copy for you , a copy for the company and a copy for the records
as long that is not done on 1 of other way ( all 3 need to be signed) then they cant do a thing to you
thats why it is called a contract and not a tos
as a tos is Terms of Service , unless you do not undestand what Terms of Service means
then you can think that they can do everything
to explain the above with a example
i put in my tos that you .. yes the reader here ... is not allowed on my site
every time you visit my site you need to pay me 100$
now , i going be rich if that was possible
other example
i do not allow vbulletin on my nulled forum , because my toss does not allow any1 who got to do with vbulletin
wanna bet that it takes exact 1 day (after the figured it out) before you get sued because of a nulled vbulletin ?? (you wont get a warning o.O)

anyway , if you do want to prevent problems with paypal , just verifie yourself or call them and verifie yourself on the phone and everything will be fine
use paypal for what it can be used , if you want a lot of donations then use a higher profile then personal
