CP - DBs/Gold converter

01/13/2007 20:49 The!One#1
Fairly strait forward, just run the .exe, enter an amount in CP, the how much db's on your server cost and there you go, the cost in DBs and gold for that amount of CP, or item selling for cp.

This is pretty much useless, but I was bored and I guess some people who aren't too hot on maths could make use of it.

It's done quickly in C and is a command line interface, so you don't need anything special to run it ^^

I don't want any stupid comments like "This is pointless" etc, because I know it is to most people already.

Well, thing is, most people on forum are QUITE pissed with partner and tobo not being released (publicly) and now, the new patch (which sort of multiplies rather than adds onto the amount of frustration).

nevertheless i'll try it out, but it won't be useful until the economy settles down, because you never know these days (after 4336 patch) if a seemingly nice trade deal is actually ripping you off or not.

I say, if you got dbs, rip people off whilst you can :p I bought 10 just before the patch at 5kk, on my server now each are worth 18-25kk

Not much to it. I entered 15cp and 25kk for db's, just tells you it is worth less then 1 db. LOL
Good efforts though.

xD originaly made this in vb for my little bro, however its so basic that rewriting it in c/c++ took under10 mins, well worth it for the portability. anyway, writing on my psp is annoying so i am off. thanks for your comments

I could, however it would be one of the following:
  • Written in vb, so it would need installing, or runtime files installed
  • Written in C, so no GUI (Command line like this one is)
