I'm not sure why you hadint asked saweet for this already, nor am I sure I should provide a link to it, but it was public release, so it should be alright.

This same link was posted in a earlier thread anyhow.

Open your 9D Folder and go to \Data\Script and rename NDTEXTDB_US.XSD to NDTEXTDB_TH.XSD

i tryed downloading only the patch but it seems u need to download the client too xD
