suggestion to admins

Maybe it is better to have a reputation points be adopted here in elite pvpers wherein only guardians and admins can increase a reputation point of a releaser or any member. It may reduce the incidence of a "noob" (sorry for the term) downloading a keylogger. I have noticed that those who release " fake wallhacks etc" are mostly new members. Also, the number of post, number of thanks, or length of being a member is not also a determinant that a player's post/release is genuine. With reputation points given to a member, we can easily determine a fake from genuine release.


Incentive can also be given to those players with high reputation points so that they will be motivated to release and I'll leave it to the admins to decide

In my opinion its kinda pointless having that. Reputation points and thanks counts are kinda the same. Its peoples own fault for not scanning the file first before opening it.

@jebus Like here in the Philippines. there are those people, like in other forum, they will say "give 100 thanks and i will give you a hack"... After that many will click thanks because they have nothing to lose giving their thanks hoping for a hack because most of them do not think.. Then, with high "Thanks Points" they will release a nonsense keylogger etc. so i think reputation and thanks points are different. I'm just trying to make this forum more user friendly. :)

for those who do not scan, its not their fault, its in their upbringing(haha) that they do not think their is nothing we can do to them. maybe they are still young and they don't care about their computer cause "mommy will buy me a new one" or they are in computer shops. haha

thanks can be given not only to those who release. it can be clicked in any post that you make. lets say i have accumulated 25 thanks. will it be enough to say that i will not release a keylogger? :) lets say you have 25 reputation points from guardians most likely, it will not be a keylogger :)

Guardians arent staff members they'll just normal users with a badge that help the community.

Also adding the rep function might be a hassle for the web admin.

`Let me clarify my point, my point here is.
`Guardians, the one who will report who are abusing.
`Moderators, the one who will close the thread.

We once had the karma system but it got replaced by the thanks system. There are pros and cons for both options. Maybe we will revamp the karma system someday but not too soon.
