He didn't write this himself, it's the official manual that the creator of ScriptVessel sends the buyers along with the bot itself.

And it means that a few dura/hp dc bugs have been encountered. That's why everyone always says, use at your own risc.

I lost a necklace. Im constantly repairing items and checking dura but when i finished hunting, everything was near top dura except the missing necklace. Just a warning. Wear cheap items.
