Thats because u have a low lvl at collecting skill, i didnt get a bone of chaos until lvl 8

i was getting it at rank 5 but was pretty rare.

u can also trade it if u have a scroll.
tried and tested it myself, and u dont need 1 scroll for every powder like some people think

when the invite a friend event comes closer to finishing ppl will get desperate to complete this b4 time is up. then u can ask this Question again lol.

also if sum1 wants to buy 99 bone chaos just PM me.

i think the OP should have read my guide his answer he would have found. But guess that involves to much work.
