stoped Net working and now idon't know what should ido to back

Could you please explain it a little better i am having trouble figuring out what your problem is.

If your having trouble connecting to your virtual private server it either means it has no internet connection or it is incapable of using remote desktop.[Most virtual private servers use remote desktop but there are some that use the web server to connect and upload files.]

You could contact the company you purchased it with and tell them about your problem.
