Hero money glitch?

I heard a rumor that there is a money glitch in each race's HQ, firstly, is it true? and secondly, how do you do it? I have all the available programs etc. so just pm the answer instead of posting here.

i think this is the answer...

1 talic + 1 gold catalyst = sellable chip

ex..
1keen + 1 gold catalyst = red chip

red chip = 4.5m if you sell in NPC

1 keen is 4~5mil. So your wasting money?
