how do i change my IP?

i was wondering how i could change my IP address....i was IP banned from a ragnarok server....i have found a way to run it through a proxy but the program ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ) has a 60min time limit and 6 hours a day limit.....anyone know how to change IP address? proxies are kind of laggy.....my comp is connected to a router and i have comcast cable

how do i restart my router? i've turned it off and back on before and it didnt work...linksys router

if you have a provider who gives out static ips you have a problem then you can only try to talk to your provider or use a proxy often providers offers themselv proxys

how do i know if i have a static or dynamic IP address

its sooo simple

If you get the same IP after Connecting all the time, you have a Static-Ip.
If you get another IP after restarting your router, you have an dynamic ip.
