Left 4 Dead 2 -Cheats- ! ?

Hi..
i tried to cheat in l4d2 with cheat engine...but i just can modify walking speed by using "cheat engine's"-built-in_speedhack..
i tried to change ammo and hp and inventory..but doesnt work..i just can change the number for the GUI- ,-(

anybody know more about multiplayer cheats for l4d2 ?
