Noobiest Question

i'm sorry if you have all heard this a million times... But! Now that the new upacked is out ( thanks hell spider ) we still cant hack untill nebular has released the update for bypass correct?. Sorry for stupid question.

You cant hack without a bypass.

Public hacking is only by Nebular bypass, but it's not only 1 way for hack. There are underground hacks for very advenced people.
