Admin Commands In Emulator

How can i use admin commands in an emulator:
Like : /LOADMONSTER MOB_TK_BONELORD 3 or

/MAKEITEM ITEM_CH_BOW_02_A_RARE 10

When i typ them in the chatting window and enter it doens't work.

You have to input it into gm console

Shift + ~

american keyboard

theres the point. problem solved.

And for a dutch keyboard, because shift + ~ doesn't work.
