Failed to Connect to Server.(C4) (SWSRO2)

Hey guyz, chunc here.

I'm sure you've seen posts about this error before, but i havnt found one so far.
I recently downloaded everything from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (the clients and the newest patch, i played before the new update so i knew what iwas downloading) for SWSRO2. Proxy version: 1.0.0.10 and db.de bot version: V1.1h.

I type in the proxy, turn on the bot and click start, the 'Reject/Winhandle' Sign comes up so i think, great its gunna start. But then the loader picture appears, and about 2 seconds later the error appears. Anyone know the cause/how to fix this error?
Dont tell me about how to media.pk2 has to be changed because i've done that with the KingLi PK2 Fix Program. Please help and il give thanks :handsdown: :D

Ok This is my triple post, and its made me angry >:(

I'm not asking for an insta-sollution just to pop up, cos i know that is almost impossible to do. I'm asking if anyone knows, if someone can reply to say try so and so just to give me an idea on how to see to fix my problem, that'd be immence, but so far, people have read my topic and clicked off cos they dunno wtf im talking about.

Im asking for suggestions, idc if they dont work, il simnply notify you and we'll carry on with our lives.
