Seems like EO Private server Dev is dieing

Well this thread is going to get interesting. It's pretty cool when people put so much crap in their posts and expect anyone to beleive even the slightest thing in it.

As for EO Dev dieing if everyone wasn't about making a server to make money then I myself may still be in it.

All of that was 100% the truth i did not make this up . Yes everyone is worried about money . I still remember when the first server came out it was just for fun and everyone had a good time .

Its not dead and prolly wont for awhile, if people would just do things out of kindness and not to fill there wallets then things would change, and there is only a few people left that actaully know anything about eo that will throw a helping hand for no fee or just for being a good citizen :P, thats all its missing lik it used to be *been here awhile have seen many things change* but its not dieing, not yet

I understand the points in here. The main reason why is again because people want to fill their wallets but at the same time there is server expenses. Now in no way is that as stretched as people say it is but a few servers actually do put the money towards the server... updates,upgrades,etc...

But at the same time yes people do take this further than they should.



Also, i think we should start a threat named "Eudemons History" Or something, and post all kinds of thats from way back when EO just started.. like maps and edits and stuff. I'm interested in creating an OLD version 1070 servers if anyone has any setups or info from that far back.

daninedada I still got the database and server files for that client. I got the client too. Have had any luck on getting the knights to work for this client. As for castles will that's not 100% so I used the client that's just before castles, knights, and paladin. If you need anything just let me know.

Underground, be easy I don't think anyone can really explain why TQ does the things they do. Just hang in there.

you also could just break off a new server

that means, the best server fille`s you can find.
remove all unnecessary Items, pets, mounts, clothes, equipments, ect.

Ture everyone was always worried about money But it also takes money some times to get stuff you need lol.

Yes people do run around here with there heads cut off like chickens , They all think they will make $$$ off the server but 97% don't even know how to run a server .

I`ve got a client version 1091 if interested I may upload it for you ...

Unfortunately, EO will probably continue it's regular cycles of introducing new pets and events every once in a while as long as they continue to line their pockets with money. It's just a cash cow to them. Little effort and maximum profit.

1070 is pre-mannequin, which is the paladin db I believe? Should be lots of links for those server files.

no, patch 1070 is released on 05-11-2007

patch 1091 is released on 04-01-2008

and paladin is released on 06-05-2008

did someone get eo version 1100 client?

If you try to use the AutoPatch.exe be warn that patch 1075 will screw up your client because the version.dat in that patch has the wrong number. It should be 1075 but it will say 1175. Other than that you can autopatch it to 1094, 1115, etc
