create GM

hello... i made my own server but and everithing it's ok ^^... but my problem is this...when i create a GM , DEV and go on my acc , they are gone... i try everything to create them but fail all the time... If enyone have the same problem and solve it pls answer

problem solved..it was the anti-gm Oo...
now i just need to change the ip's for the data.pak but can find a good winhex to do that >.<... try all of them
