Servers wont connect

As some of you know, my account server was damaged somehow a few days ago. So i restored by backed up copies.
I have spent all day today trying to get them to connect again, and they wont.

The ip's match in all configs, shell, and any other file i can open to see.
Windows error with the accserver, some gibberish message with the other 2, and red light on mysql........
Navicat cant connect either.

I could really use some help, please.

Red light on winmysqladmin means mysql is not currently running on that computer. Once you get that working then you can see if anything else is wrong.

go to C hard disk.then go to WINDOWS folder.find My.delete it.run back your mysql.if u use revo db id root pass test.if u use candy db id root pass rufeng.
