New update Skill cap?

According to his Kingli posted that skill level will be 110, so it's changing from 120 to 110? Also, will the cap be 360 still?

The skill cap never was at 120, its 110, you can just up the masterys to 120 and also lvl up the skills.

From lookin at that post he was just showing the info of the server, rates ect. only new skills are euro skills but no skills cap increase/decrease

u can't level the skills to 120, just the mastery and the passive.

no it is not as bow i can upgrade the strong bow from 2 to 7!!!

Doe anyone know an accurate calculator for swsro? Because I've been using sro.mmosite but after lvl 100 the skills costs become very different... less sp required on swsro
