L2encdec Difficulty

I'm having problems with L2encdec. I haven't been able to find any fixes so here's the problem:

I run the program and it closes immediately. It's as if someone threw in an input command so that the program thinks it's finished and closes itself.

I'm running
OS : Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU : GenuineIntel
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz @ 3195 MHz 1534MB RAM

I really only want the program so that I can decrypt the image files and swap out loading screens and such.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem or has another program that they'd recommend, please let me know.

Also, this isn't the only program I've had this problem with.

Can anyone help me with this please? I've searched Google several times but I couldn't find anything that worked...

First things first: Please stop doubleposting. These are against our boardrules: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
You can avoid them by using the "EDIT"-button.

Well, from where did you get your L2encdec?
Try another one and it may works: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If you've it from there, I can't help you.

I do have it from there.

As for the double post, I waited several hours before I posted again. I assume that the newest post being from Today might flag you to give it some attention.

I have seen posts from other people with this problem and noone seems to have a fix for it. I suppose I'll just have to try it on another computer.

Ahh, wasn't aware you needed to use a prompt to load it... kind of ridiculous if you ask me.
