In English:
1. Change to PK
2. Hit someone, but do not kill him.
3. Use *town Blink* to go to kebras island.
4. Start the 50 monster quest.
5. Wait while your karma is regenerating. Do not make the Quest! Leave kebras (Use teleport skill or hit a mob / guardian (then u loos exp))
6. Kill someone.
7. Use again the teleport blinkwing. (To go to kebras again)
8. Start the 200 monster quest.
9. Then finish the 50 Monster Quest and leave kebras.
10. Now the trick... This is repeating all 5 lvl...

If you are meaning you want to create a hack with a dark blue name: open data.res, extract propKarma.txt, change the highest value "dwGrade" to 0 and the value 0 to 1. But then evrybody with a white name has a dark blue name.
