Crafting Skills

Hello

Can someone tell me what is the biggest lvl of crafting skills?

And if last lvl of crafting skill ends at 0% or at 100% of last level :)?

Thanks

highest is 11 about the % idk...

11 is wrong.
I have collect at 12 with one of my chars.
I heard that the max is lvl 15 + 100%
