[HOW TO] decrypt a game.exe by C Developer Group

Ok let´s start ^^

First off all you need this 2 Programms:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] for look how is crypted

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] for decrypt the file


Step 1:

Open PEiD

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Search for the crypted game.exe

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

So now we know how it is decrypted

ASProtect 1.23 RC4 - 1.3.08.24 -> Alexey Solodovnikov

Exit the PEiD



Step 2:

Open Stripper

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Search for the game.exe

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Unpack now

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Save

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Exit




Now we have the decrypted game.exe named _game.exe !

just purchase asprotect or look for one of the opensource protectors if you can't afford it.

No need at all, just encrypt / decrypt the sdata files and leave the game.exe intact, then there is no reason to play around too much.

MEW is a nice and free exe packer. Does not "crypt", but the exe will be harder to analyse and will be much smaller.
+ it's made by a hungarian guy^^
