I have banned one of my account permamently :D can i open archlord with this account i thinked about emulator should be succes?

well i think, when webzen banned it for ever, there will be no way to get acces to it anymore. emulating is like doing a Private server. you could get all your stuff on a private server, but webzen data about your Chars is server sided.

but possible to send the w coin to other?

I think that isn't possible if you are banned. :/
