Wanted to know whats wrong with my mediapatcher

hi when i go to darkness' forum and when i download the ZSZC mediapatcher he has made i get a .exe with 0 bytes. whats up? my friend said i was suppose to extract it but i can't. Sometimes when i click on it it says that its an invalid Win32 application so it can't open. Would any of you experts help me with this problem??

Anti-virus program is stopping your computer from downloading it properly? try turn your anti-virus off.

i tried that it still didn't download fully :/ i even removed my antivirus and still couldn't download it properly lol. :/ any other ideas what it could be?
