Russian letters only and it has to mean something to be 100% sure you dont get banned

Kahm in english if u wana make in russian than it will be Кахм

set your system local aka unicode incompatible programs to russian.. there're some guides around.. if you have done that, open the display keyboard and change the language with alt+shift

just use old good program called spammer.exe, copy that text there and spamm intro your sro client.

Install the russian Keyboard Option so you can switch the keyboard language from EN to RU with [ALT]+[SHIFT]
Then write ingame following letters to get russian Language:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I got also the English Keyboard, but know the russian letters by heart ^^

Easy names like that are already taken.
Don't even think about :
Lord, King, God, Angel, Master, Owner
cuz they are also unavailable ...
Better think about more detailed names... most are taken
