What you need:
1. A gnome warlock
2. A human warlock
3. A soulstoned human/NE priest or human paladin (pally can just bubble when the time comes)
4. One other person. Doesn't matter what as long as it isn't a gnome or dwarf
Step 1
After zoning into Naxx you will see 4 triangular windows around you that let you view EPL. Have the gnome warlock run to the very back of the window in the direction of the Plague Wing. The gnome must go back as far as they can.
Step 2
Have the gnome warlock summon the human warlock, along with the other 2 people. A very important thing to know is that you cannot click the summoning portal after you accept the summon. Unless you have more than 4 people you should wait until everyone has gotten a summon before accepting it.
Step 3
At this point everyone should accept the summon. Those that were summoned should be able to jump through the ceiling because half of their body has passed through it already. Jump forward and you should fall out of Naxx and down to EPL below. [NOTE]: You will most likely die from fall damage.
Step 4
Have the priest or pally res the other 2 that probably died and then summon the gnome if you feel like it.
That's it. You are now outside of Naxx and can explore instanced EPL. If you can figure out Tantrum then the way I climbed up to Kel's lair was over in the LHC area.
Now I know the horde is crying because they don't have a gnome warlock but the first time I jumped out of Naxx I used a slightly different method. I have not been able to reproduce this method but maybe it will help. I started off the same by going to the window. I then destroyed my hearth and used Un-stuck which somehow ported me outside of the window's wall. I was then able to walk right off into EPL. Like I said, I have never been able to do this again but maybe someone can figure out what I did. One other thing to note is that before I used Un-stuck I kept summoning my Eye of Kilrogg until it ended up getting summoned outside of the window. There is a certain angle you have to face in order for un-stuck to port you outside.
