Help LOL Error

As The Theme says i got a little problem with LOL
Always if i open the patcher It says
"The launcher experieced an error please restart this application"
So i does but it always came the same error i reinstall LOL too
but it doesnt works so pls help T.T

There is a stand alone client on the forum of LoL.

I noticed that the error just have started as i have used the LOL Translate tool that was found in LOL Forum so i has delete it but no use
even if i download it new i cant use NOrth amreican server anymore ><
log analyser doesnt have any affect and satndalone server whats that?
