co server private

i click install the sql he types you cant register becuse you have a account and password(i think its my last registrion)i want to know my last iformtion how can i see?.....

i have more one question all work but i dont know to do server up i create a account and password i build server and the server name now he say go to debug ok i go to there i type account password and after i click ok and i see:
Could Not Start Database With That username/password combination.
WTF? i need to do?? please help
