Will This Work?

I used a old account to make money using RSBot. I'm trying to get the stuff from the old account onto my main but trading isn't useless.

So I was wondering, if my old account died from a monster and I was there, would his items drop and would I be able to see it and pick it up??

There is a HUGE risk that nothing would show up.
