Help Opening Ports

The following port numbers are giving my friend trouble : 1072, 1056, 1060, 30810, 30800.

He says he has them port forwarded and allowed through firewalls, but they are still "closed".

Advice? Help?

he can't have opened his ports properly...
use google to find portforwarding dot com and do it that way.
if he HAS done it correctly, make sure to check in 192.168.0.1
and make sure your ports are active or on or whatever.
if thats all done, the restart your router, turn off 30 secs, back on
