QO Proxy how to register

i dont know if this is posted before, i saw some guys looking for a way to register for the QO private server.

the admin has banned/blocked hotmail registration e-mails etc..
when you go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
create a mail and register whit that one that is workin'.

this may sounds dum and easy and blah die blah. but some cannot find out why they can't register for Qo private server.
