Teleport error.

When I try to teleport it says command failed and I've no clue why it gives me that error.

[3544] Null Teleport Index ... 177
[3544] Playing Provider SetState : i_pState == PLAYING()
[3544] PC Provider : SetState -> SetState is FALSE

My teleport.csv line is;
177,1,1,1,11422,100,1000000,165,2,0,0,0,0,3,0,0,0, 0,4,0,0,0,0,5,0,0,0,0,6,0,0,0,0,7,0,0,0,0,8,0,0,0, 0,9,0,0,0,0

And also when I'm adding a new teleporter it gives me that error,

[424] GetByte Overflow : NPC (17, 7) -> 55500

what kind of error is that?

the npc 55500 index is over flow , means there is 2 of that indexes on ur npcs.csv
check culums 17 , 7 and u will find the error

and make sure that u have added " 11422 " to location.csv
