sorry but looks like epvper removed the delete post/thread option cant delete this now. hope mod can i wanted to delete because i got pmed how to fix my problem..

err its not level exp.dat first did you learn any xp skills?

The fix for this the only way to get it is from Shannon who used to work with ACME EO. He does not distribute this so you will have to figure out a way to recrypt a new levelexp.dat that has the table information from your servers levelexp table. In order to have exp bar up to 255 you HAVE to have a matching table and .dat file.
