Connect: connection refused

Hello
When i start server, it show
connect: operation timed out and then
connect: connection refused.

I KNOW WHERE IS MY PROBLEM
I HAVE PROBLEM IN NAVICAT ITEM_PROTO

I have tried old item_proto (backup) and it works. But my new item_proto is updated and i have news here... :mad:

I NEED KNOW:

WHAT MISTAKE IN ITEM_PROTO MAKES CONNECTION REFUSED?
I HAVE CHECKED IT AND IT SEEMS THERE ARENT MISTAKES... EVERYBODY SAYS "YOU DID MISTAKE IN MSSQL" BUT I NEED KNOW: WHAT MISTAKE ??

You have a error in the item_proto

Here ist a new clean Db.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

done it:

cd /var/db/mysql

delete the folder:
Player and insert the new folder Player or delete all and insert all new.

Write in vpc

cd /var/db [ENTER]
chmod -R 777 mysql

./start

?? I do not understand... I do not want completely new DB, i wanna repair my old, but i dont know where i have mistake...
I have read many topics with connect: connection refused problem and people just told: check your db...

I have tried to right click > repair > quick but it dont help

Please can somebody tell me, where people assualy make mistakes in their item_proto in navicat? (server side)

Hey Com,

I'll explain how it views the error Conection: Refused to make new releases without anything.

So if the error is FreeBSD Conection: Refused gets
some important table is gecrashd.
Or have you deleted any one or more important tables.

1st You give in FreeBSD. / Stop. (If the server with. / Start is started).
2nd Look in your MYSQL DB purely whether or not a table was deleted gecrasdh.
3rd If a table is gecrashd repaired it.
4th If one or more tables have been removed you'll have to watch where you get them here.
5th In FreeBSD the server again. Start / start.
6th You do not reboot.

Is it important, that my item_proto starting with the biggest VNUM and ending with VNUM 1 (yang)??
I have it reversed, because I have programmed item_proto_dump.xml to item_proto.sql converter... But i have checked my item_proto in navicat and there arent any mistakes... So my converter works, but it reverse all items in item_proto
