trouble :(

when i log in to my NAGC and choice server, theres a prompt saying
The connection has timed out

The server is not responding

How can i resolve this????????

It means you've been banned. Register another account and use that.

Or check your email, usually they send you an email saying why you were banned. If not then email them and see what your account was banned for, and if you can get it back.

I doubt he was banned. Occasionally, it's because of a really slow connection. One sec, I'll research it, and edit this post with any results.

EDIT: Results.

1. One person claims that restarting a few times made it work...but I don't suggest trying it quite yet.

2. Of course, close any downloads e-mail clients, etc.

3. See if your Anti-virus program is blocking it. If it is, find a way to allow Main.exe access to the internet.

No. I've experienced this when i was banned. It means hes been banned.

It happened to me to ALOT and im not banned.
so i believe he is not banned.

this usually happened to me when i was downloading stuff.

I also get some of that occasionally.
If it happens to me, I just restart the game client then log again. :D

i think i found the problem, when i log in to their site the problem pop up is 7767, i also check on the forums, its not really banned but its like their checking it, but still i don't get it because im the only know my user and pass, and no one is using it, only me

They're investigating your account, usually because a lot of people have made accounts with your IP address. Matching IP addresses usually is caused by popular ISPs (Comcast, e.g.). Send a 1:1 Support message saying that you got the error 7767, and Bawkzie should be able to help you.

he's/she's right if you is not banned it means restart the game or your net connection in log:D

yep his not being banned i have experience that problem

yea ur not banned...ur just banned from the site...not in game....
just send an email to the admin. This happened to me b4 so i sent it and now i dont get this error anymore.... just means u shared an acc or people tryed to enter it.

Note if u used fake info..and forgot what they were...Ull prolly get a Perma ban if u are not the regular owner.

7767 means your site account got suspended for doing something like account sharring -_-. And when u get banned when u try to choose server a messge pops up like this " Your account has been banned. Blah blah."

It just means that you have bad net connection and usually restarting ur gc, or ur net connection or ur pc can fix the problem, if the problem insists, then maybe ur internet bills werent paid, or ur account's just banned. :D
