European emu

Hey, im new in the Silkroad section so i have one question.
Does it give an emu with working european chars?

Emu seems shit anyway, dmg calculated seems wrong, if you hit a skill it doesnt have any cool down. no spawns, I bet no guild or anything either. It's almost like sea.

Emus are not shit. You need a coder that knows exactly what they are doing. You can't expect everything to be perfect. A silkroad Emulator will be more powerful then the cracked server files.

Take a look at World of Warcraft, No server files were to be found so someone ended up building an Emulator then their was multiple emus. Most WoW Priv servers have everything working because they know how to code and they have their own custom core. For example [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

As I said before a silkroad emulator will be more powerful then the cracked server files you just need to know how to code properly.
