A1blasters Effect Removal Tool 4 Patch4339->4352

Gets rid of all effects and arrows.
Just a batch file that you execute.

This is Like MrTeenies Effect Removal Tool, just updated to work with Patch 4339 and above.

For reasons mentioned above.* It comes with eddited 9kb 3DSimpleObj.ini file which is used to switch out with your current file. This one I'll have to update as they (TQ) adds to it. This one gets rid of arrows. My batch file includes 2 pauses in it so you see the batch on screen and must confirm it with hit any key to continue. So you see that it's working. Unlike Mrteenies that flashes so fast that you might and up clicking twice and not know it.

If you have installed or used Mrteenies after patch4339
reinstall Original Patch4339 3DEffects.ini and 3DSimpleObj.ini files
There now also included with this tool!

Install them first before using this tool!

LOL yourself, IT's the same thing as his dah. Mrteenies uses old files i just updated to use the file that came with patch 4331.

And as for the VBA32 3.11.1 12.15.2006 suspected of Backdoor.Hupigon.17 (paranoid heuristics) that might be because i used WINRAR SFX to make self extracking file. I'll repost with zip file like MRteenie did.

IF you looked at the two side by side you would see that basicaly the batch file is the same as his, his just replaces your new patch4331 3deffect.ini with old one i just used new one. Same holds true for the 3dsimple.ini file.

Also instead of useing scan sites just download and check with real virus check programs like I do. I never rely no scans i see posted here anyhow!

eherm the scanning sites uses "real" virus check programs to present the result, check the names in the result.

again just says suspected, all the major virus scan programs say no virus found.

Like AVG, Esafe, Etrust, Kaspersky, McAfee, Microsoft an Panda.
To me i would trust those, others are for noobs and if you have to relie on someone to scan for you you really shouldn't be downloading things off the internet anyhow.

Thats why I say to use your own Virus Scan Program, scans that are posted here can be edited to show what ever the poster wants.

Plus I reuploaded in zip format instead of self-extracting, even if you do download self-extracting files you can almost always open with Winrar into a folder so you can see whats inside them, instead of letting them do it for you.

There is still self-extracting file in zip, was made to help the installation.but if need be I can get rid of that too and just make zip with stuff in it,but then you get questions of where this go what i do with it. All you have to do is read the read me. Which I quoted in thread starter.

This tool is just Mrteenies tool with updated files. So go rescan his, you'll probably get the same virus's on his, but with old 2005 files, who knows what patch thats from. Don't see why everybody thinks his is better, gus when you use his it put old files in your .ini folder.

And I realy don't care anymore if you download it or not, I was just trying to give back to forum instead of leaching like the rest. I'll PM DM2000 to check this out so you guys might think it's safe.

first off there was nothing to update. the batch file always has worked through all the patches 4331 is no differant. shame on you for stealing mr. teenies work and then saying you updated it. all it is mr. teenies batch file the original. shame on you you get no karma.

First of all there nothing to steal it's a batch file that does the work!
There's no prgraming! And if you don't know what .ini files are then you shouln't be posting at all! Yes his does still work but puts old files in your ini file, so your missing some effects that where released after he made his so called tool!

Second the files he uses are old:
3DEffect.ini 301 kb modified date of 10/20/05
3DSimpleObj.ini 7 kb modified date of 11/13/2005

Patch 4331 files that I used are:
3DEffect.ini 422 kb modified date of 11/17/2006
3DSimpleObj.ini 9 kb modified date of 11/07/2006

So look before you speak!

I guess you just want to help the new comer.

Please publish your source code.
There is nothing special but just remove the section in .ini file.
