So ive seen on a few servers that they have different numbers for the meditation levels, elementary was like 1000.. level 1 was like 2000 and fixed was like 3500... is there any way change them?

If you want like this:

you have 2 option create a lvl 3 of meditation or only edit ill teach you how can you do that:
1.- Write in the console /skilladder like this:

2.- Click in Skill List And Search Meditation 1195 2: (2 is the lvl of meditation)
and click edit.

in the red circle you see 1020 that is the mp that your meditation recover. you can change this for 3000 if you want to recover 3000mp. And Then Click Add.
4.- Or you can Create a lvl 3, 4, 5 of meditation: In choose level you can put lvl 3 and then change the exp req and level req and the mp. And Finish.

yeah,but after do that,you must change in magictype.dat (client side) the mana that gives you
