Proposal for new sub-forums

I'd like to propose that new sub-forums be created in the appropriate sections where and update breaks most tools. There are too many "old" tools that do not work and they either have not been updated or will not be updated. It would be nice to clear those out and a new forum created for major patch releases. Posts could always reference back to the other forums if necessary.

Or people could stop being noobs.

I am trying to clean up the forum.
May be the patch 4331, is a good time to decide what to keep.
Please bear with me a little time while we try to handle the overwhelming traffic ^^.
