Problem with Flagship

Help me please i dnt know what to do
i have flagship vip
that happened when im start the flagship

Yea..i don't have flagship vip but i get this error too..what can we do about it ?

flagship bot is f*cked up... Just keeps standing there 8-) yesterday it worked fine with me :s
