try downloading a new bot =]

You are probably running another program that's listening on that port.
Possible stuff: an emulator, another proxy already open, a virus, ..

Reboot your computer and try again, it should work then.

Open task manager
Go to 'Processes' tab
Find 'SrProxy.exe' and right-click > end process

If you can't find SrProxy.exe, exit any other program that may be using the port's needed by srproxy
